At Nicky Tesler Cakes, each creation is as exceptional in flavour as it is in design. A curated menu of signature flavours ensures there is something to suit every palate.

All sponge cakes are made with three layers of moist sponge, filled with two layers of buttercream. For sugarpaste cakes, each tier is filled with buttercream, coated in rich chocolate ganache, and finished with a smooth layer of sugarpaste icing — providing both a flawless canvas for decoration and a seal to keep the cake fresh.
Only the finest quality ingredients are used, ensuring that the cake tastes incredible as well as looking beautiful.
