Tastings and Consultations

Before ordering your wedding cake we advise you to have a personal consultation with Nicky to discuss design ideas and flavours.

The consultation also includes a tasting of four flavours from our menu which are posted for you to enjoy at home. All consultations are conducted via a video or phone call and are priced at £45, which will be deducted from the total cost of the cake when an order is placed.

In-person consultations can be conducted at a location of your choice for an additional charge.

Three Tier (6, 8, 12 inch): £620

Four Tier (6, 8, 10, 12 inch): £730

Four Tier (6, 8, 10, 14 inch): £820

Five Tier (6, 8, 10, 12, 14 inch): £960

Six Tier (6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 inch: £1200

Prices for a buttercream cake start from:

Three Tier (6, 8, 10 inch): £460

Three Tier (6, 8, 12 inch): £550

We base our portions on the standard 2x1'' finger portion for sponge cakes and 1x1'' coffee portion for fruit cake.

Delivery & Set Up

As part of our service we provide the delivery and set up of your cake. We will liaise with the venue to organise a delivery slot and make sure that everything is set for assembly.

Our delivery service is charged on the basis of travel distance and time needed to assemble the cake. Prices are available on request, so please contact us for a quote.

We currently offer delivery to the following areas:

Greater London, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex (up to Lewes ), Hampshire (up to Winchester ), Berkshire, Buckinghamshire (up to Aylesbury ), Oxfordshire (up to Oxford ), Hertfordshire (up to Hitchin).

Cake stands

Nicky Tesler Cakes offer a variety of cake stands that can be hired. Please email us to see the range of stands that would be suitable for your cake. All stands require a security deposit which is refunded once the stand is returned within a week of the event and undamaged.

Nicky Tesler Cakes is a recommended supplier for The Royal Thames Yacht Club, The Royal Horticulture Halls, Brown's Hotel (Mayfair), Stationer's Hall (St Paul's) and Micklefield Hall (Hertfordshire).
